8 Week Repeatable Running & Muscular Hypertrophy Program

For general training purposes or those who are already under the guidance of a running coach, our 8 week repeatable online/pdf program can be progressed for as long as is desired. This concurrent plan contains 4 progressive hypertrophy focussed gym sessions and 4-5 flexible runs, per week, including 2 sessions which you can select from the eGuides ‘Holly’s Big Book of Sessions’ and Holly’s Big Book of Sessions Part 2’ - included with each purchase.

This programs specific focus is on building speed over the 5k-Half Marathon distance, whilst accruing muscle tissue for those who are either trying to stave off age related muscle loss, regain lost tissue or build new tissue to improve health or aesthetics, or strengthen bones, ligaments and tendons in order to stave off future injury.

Please note that a well equipped gym is mandatory in order to successfully complete this program and that we also strongly advise purchasing a set of weightlifting straps to aid some of the prescribed lifts. If you are unsure of how to perform any of the exercises, please either follow the videos that accompany each exercise or speak to a qualified trainer

This program is fully interactive. Your workouts can be uploaded either daily or weekly with the option of keeping notes for each workout and uploading data from your choice of running tech. Once you have specified your start date you will have access to the full program both online and contained within a PDF document attached to your welcome email.

The running element is provided by Coach Holly Stables, GB athlete, Commonwealth Games Competitor and Ultra Distance Trail and Mountain Runner. The strength work is programmed by BPU British Powerlifting Record Holder and Ultra Distance Endurance Athlete, Coach Pete Stables.

Upon payment, you will receive two emails within the following 24 hours. The first is a welcome email with containing both eGuides. The second is an invite to set up your Truecoach account. Once training has started you will gain access to the program for 8 consecutive weeks.
